Leicester City secures the signature of Jordan Ayew on a permanent deal

Leicester City have successfully bagged the signature of Jordan Ayew from English Premier League side, Crystal Palace in a permanent transfer deal.

In the last few days to the end of the 2024/2025 summer transfer window, newly promoted side, Leicester City have been able to complete the signing of Ghanaian and Crystal Palace forward, Jordan Ayew on a permanent transfer deal.

Crystal Palace forward, Jordan Ayew will exit the club to join the Foxes for a whooping permanent transfer fee of £8million. The 32-year-old agreed on all personal terms to joining Leicester City few weeks ago.

Meanwhile, Jordan Ayew after joining Crystal Palace in August 2018 on a long-season long after, the club deemed it fit to cement the stay of the forward in July 2019. More so, Ayew made 212 appearances for the Eagles, making 22 assist and bagging 23 goals in all competitions.

However, Jordan Ayew has made an appearance in the 2024/2025 Premier League season as he was introduced into the game from the bench in Crystal Palace 2:1 defeat to Brentford while Leicester City kicked off their campaign with a 1:1 score line against Tottenham Hotspur.

The negotiations has already been agreed on; Ayew is set to undergo medical test and finalize the nitty-gritties of the deal.
