Sofyan Amrabat set to join Fernabache on a long-season loan; plus obligation to buy deal

Turkish Side have successfully secured the services of central-midfielder, Sofyan Amrabat on a season loan transfer fee of €2 million from Fiorentina FC.

After a long-season loan, characterised by injuries and lack of playing time at Manchester United for the 2023/ 2024 footballing season in the English Premier League, Sofyan Amrabat is now set to clinch on to Jose Mourinho`s Fernabache in the Turkish top-flight on an initial loan move.

The Moroccan international and Fiorentina`s central-midfielder, Sofyan Amrabat after failing to impressed in his loan move to Manchester United, the Premier League side had inform his club, Fiorentina as early as in the month of July, 2024, that they would not trigger the option to buy clause of €20 million however, were opened to discussing other conditions to have the player stay at Old-Trafford as the manager, Erik Ten Hag wished he stayed.

That conversation of Sofyan staying at Manchester United Faded away as in the past few days, top European clubs like Atletico Madrid hae expressed interest in the midfielder. However, Amrabat has agree on personal terms with Fernabache and a deal has been agreed between the selling club, Fiorentina and the buying club, Fernabache.

Fernabache will have the services of Sofyan Amrabat for an initial loan transfer fee of €2 million plus an obligation to buy after his loan worth €13 million and €3 million add-ons which is basically on the player`s performance; in total, a transfer package worth €20 million.

Sofyan Amrabat has also agreed on a four-year contract. He will be in Turkey in the next few hours as his private jet flight has been booked all ready. In addition, he will finalize his dal after he has under-gone medicals for his new club, Fernabache.
