Popular Ghanaian socialite, Efia Odo, has come forward to clarify her ownership status at Eats Avenue, a luxury restaurant located in East Legon. In a surprising turn of events, she has distanced herself from the restaurant, which launched less than a year ago, claiming that she no longer has managerial control over the business.

Efia Odo’s response follows rumors that she was removed from her management role by the restaurant’s actual owner, entrepreneur Kobby Sarpong, who also owns Ridge Condos in Kumasi.

Contrary to her previous statements on United Showbiz, where she claimed full ownership of the restaurant, Efia Odo has now admitted that she holds a 40% stake in the business. To back her statement, she shared legal documents online, stating, “My 40% ownership of Eats Avenue Restaurant is very factual and backed by law.”

These developments were sparked by suspicions raised by Sista Afia, a known rival of Efia Odo. The rumors suggested that the true owner of Eats Avenue is Kobby Sarpong, who has reportedly taken full control of the restaurant, including its social media presence.

Mr. Sarpong has since created new social media accounts for the restaurant and urged customers to unfollow the old ones managed by Efia Odo. This shift in control has led many to speculate that Efia Odo was removed from her managerial position.
