A shocking incident in Kwesimintsim, Western Region, has left many in disbelief after a 60-year-old man, identified as Samuel Sam, was discovered critically injured after allegedly being attacked by his sidechick during the Easter holidays.
According to eyewitness reports, the elderly man had been spending time at his girlfriend’s family home when the gruesome act occurred. The couple, identified as Samuel and Stella, initially slept outside due to hot weather conditions but later moved indoors.
Tragically, moments after Samuel went inside, Stella is said to have followed. Soon after, the man was found naked and lying in a pool of blood with his genitals completely severed. A blood-stained bread knife was reportedly found at the scene, further fueling suspicions of a deliberate attack.
Samuel was quickly rushed to the hospital and is currently in critical condition. However, the chances of full recovery remain uncertain, especially considering the severity of his injuries.
While the motive behind the disturbing act remains unclear, residents and authorities are still trying to piece together what led to such a horrifying outcome.
