Adwoa Amoako Adjei, a rising Ghanaian Lawyer has over the weekend tied the knot with her partner whom she met on Instagram, ushering them into another stage of their modern fairytale romance.

Nabil George Khairallah, now her husband, in 2019 ‘slid’ into Adwoa’s DM on Instagram on her birthday with a birthday wish. Three days later, he sent her another message asking where she schooled, because she looked familiar to him. The conversation continued from there and two years down the line, the pair have begun a matrimonial life.

Adwoa is a practicing lawyer in Ghana on a steady trajectory to making a name for herself. Coming from a family of lawyers, one wouldn’t expect anything less. After graduating from Aburi Girls SHS, she studied at GIMPA for a Bachelor’s Degree in law before being admitted to the Gambia Law School because the Ghana School of Law turned her down. After she was called to the Gambian bar, she returned to Ghana, took the Ghana Bar exam and passed to be called to the Ghana bar as well.

Her husband, Nabil George Khairallah was born in Kumasi and had his basic education at The Ridge school, Kumasi. He is an old student of Opoku-Ware Secondary School, class of 2013. He subsequently furthered his education at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He has a background in accounting, economics and quantity surveying and is currently in the field of construction.

Adwoa is now practicing with Amoako Adjei Law Consult. She is a published author and owns a successful online shop as well.

With their combined acumen, the couple is well on their way to establishing themselves in their various professions. We wish them a happy married life, and send our warmest congratulations on this new journey they’re embarking on.
