Who is All’s Life? All’s Life is a singer-songwriter who makes indigenous Ghanaian Highlife music. He takes inspiration from S-Boys, Nana Ampadu, Samuel Owusu of mempe meho asem fame, and fellow friend Godfred Darko.

Nana Kwaku Asante, known by his stage name All’s Life, is a talented musician hailing from Osiem in the Eastern Region. Born and raised in a musical environment, All discovered his passion for music at a young age. He completed his education at Osiam SDA School, reaching Form 2 in the year 1988.

During his time at Osiem SDA School, All’s life musical talents flourished as he actively participated in the school choir. His versatility allowed him to showcase his vocal prowess by singing alto, soprano, and various other parts within the choir.

In 1993, All’s Life, a budding musician, took an important step in his musical journey by recording his first DEMO. This milestone was achieved at Nana Ampadu’s studio located at Nyamekye Junction. It was during this recording session that All’s Life had the opportunity to meet the legendary Nana Ampadu for the first time, an encounter that surely left a lasting impression on him.

During this period, All’s Life also formed meaningful connections with fellow musicians. The SIBO Brothers and Godfred Darko were among his musical friends who supported and collaborated with him along the way. These relationships provided a sense of camaraderie and creative inspiration as they navigated the world of music together.

This early experience of recording his DEMO and connecting with influential figures in the industry laid a solid foundation for All’s Life as he embarked on his musical career. It marked the beginning of what would become a vibrant and fulfilling musical life filled with memorable experiences and artistic growth.

In 1995, All’s Life made his first official recording, marking a significant milestone in his musical journey. This momentous occasion came about after his music manager, Kofi Essel, introduced him to Fredima Studios. Under the guidance of Asiko and the expertise of Fredima Studios, All’s Life was able to bring his musical vision to life.

The first single recorded by All’s Life was titled “Obra Ye Bona.” This track showcased his talent and set the stage for what would become a promising musical career. The recording process took place at Fredima Studios, where every detail was carefully attended to to ensure the highest quality sound.

To further enhance the production value of “Obra Ye Bona,” it was mixed and mastered by Zap Mallet of HM studios. This step is crucial in refining the sound and making sure that all elements of the song blend seamlessly together.

After a period of contemplation, All’s Life made the decision to embrace his musical talent and return to making music in 2011/2012. To bring his vision to life, All’s Life sought the expertise of sound engineering maestro, SUGAR TONE, and together they embarked on a recording journey that resulted in the creation of four captivating songs.

Sugar Tone fell ill, things got disorganized and there was another hiatus. In 2019, Odo Nsuo was recorded with The Boss P.I. in Accra. After a long wait, All’s Life is ready to relaunch his music career with his official debut single set to release on August 25th, 2023.

Nana Kwaku Asante settled on the artist name All’s Life because; In life, you don’t get what you want. Whatever life throws at you, accept it and make the best out of it. Look at Osita Iheme and Chinedu Ikedeaze (Aki and Pawpaw). Life gave them stunted growth but they made the best out of it. They popularized acting for “short people” and now they are reaping what they sowed.
