Chase Mishkin was a producer whose credits included two Tony Awards (for Dame Edna: The Royal Tour and Memphis).

Mishkin’s theater producing career began shortly before her 60th birthday, following the death of her husband, carpet manufacturer Ralph Mishkin.

Trish Vradenburg’s The Apple Doesn’t Fall…, a drama about Alzheimer’s that premiered on Broadway in 1996 and was directed by Leonard Nimoy, was her first production.

Mishkin’s Off Broadway performance is included in Moisés Kaufman’s acclaimed 1997 hit Gross Indecency: The Trials of Oscar Wilde. She was also a producer of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street In Concert, which aired on PBS in 2001.

Chase Mishkin died on July 24 at her Manhattan home. On August 10, 2022, Chase Mishkin Obituary was announced in a New York Times obituary.

According to Julie Kahle, Mishkin’s daughter, Chase Mishkin Cause Of Death was dementia and she also  had two strokes. She was 85 years old when she died.
