Ghanaian hairstylist Chelsea-Abigail Owusu Ansah has achieved a remarkable milestone by breaking the Guinness World Record (GWR) for the most heads of hair locked in less than eight hours. Specializing in dreadlocks, Chelsea-Abigail completed 27 heads in seven hours, 51 minutes, and six seconds, earning the esteemed title, officially acknowledged by Guinness World Records.
Chelsea-Abigail, the founder of Yoga Locks, reached this milestone during a lock-a-thon on March 6, 2024. Her success has brought significant recognition to Ghana’s beauty sector.
In an online post, she expressed her excitement: “I am proud and honored to announce that I have officially set a new Guinness World Record for the most heads of hair locked in 8 hours. Thank you all for the support, and I hope to inspire others to chase their dreams and strive for greatness.”
