Chief became famous in January after his Novayi song went viral making big musicians from Ghana and beyond endorse his talents.
In February he released his first EP here I come which is currently making waves in Volta and music platforms such as Audiomack, iTunes, Boomplay, and many others.
On his EP he has six songs and he has released the video for the second song O2 Arena. The video was directed by Wizaadframes.
The song O2 Arena subtitled “Me Lor” (an Ewe dialect which translates as “Contentment” is a song that encourages a young striving talent who defies the odds to reach higher and bigger goals regardless of the negative tag society decides to put on him.
Chief One puts himself of this proverbial youth he speaks about in the song by prophesying success into his career where he holds a big dream of making it big in the music business with Ewe language, projecting it to bigger heights for more recognition and even playing a sold-out concert at the O2 Arena (hence the song title).
