Delonte Maurice West is an American former professional basketball player. He played in the National Basketball Association for Boston, Celtics, Seattle SuperSonics, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Dallas Mavericks.
Delonte West was born on July 26, 1983, to his parents, Delphina Addison and Dmitri West in Washington, D.C., United States. He also grew up with his parents with other two siblings called Dmitri West Junior and Daniella West.
West got married to Caressa Suzzette Madden in 2013 and had one child with her name Cash West.
West’s height is 6 feet and 4 inches tall and he weighs 82kg. Delonte attended high school in Eleanor Roosevelt, in Greenbelt, Maryland. He enrolled in Saint Joseph’s University in 2001 and graduated in 2004.

On April 27, 2008, he made the most clutch 3-pointer of his NBA career with 5.4 seconds left in a playoff game against the Washington Wizards.
Delonte West was later suspended from the first 10 games of the 2010-11 season following a guilty plea to weapon charges in Maryland.
