Brown was born on October 13, 2003, and grew up in Gilbert, Arizona. He attended Queen Creek High School where he was coached by Joe Germaine, a former Ohio State and NFL quarterback. In his second year of high school, he showed his talent by accumulating 1,319 passing yards and 10 touchdowns in only eight games.
Afterward, Brown moved to Draper, Utah and enrolled in Corner Canyon High School for his senior year. During this time, he displayed exceptional talent by throwing for 4,881 yards and completing a staggering 57 touchdown passes. Additionally, he showcased his versatile skills by contributing 430 rushing yards and scoring eight touchdowns.
Brown was initially rated as a three-star recruit and committed to playing college football at USC during his junior year.
