E.T. Mensah, a distinguished Ghanaian politician and member of the Ghana Council of State, has sadly passed away at the age of 77. Although the exact cause of his demise remains undisclosed, it is understood that he succumbed to a brief illness.
Born as Enoch Teye Mensah in Koforidua in 1946, he sought medical treatment in South Africa but, regrettably, did not return to Ghana alive.

Who is ET Mensah wife? E.T. Mensah tied the knot with Mrs. Lorinda Presutti Mensah, and together they were blessed with seven children. During the Provisional National Defence Council (PNDC) era, he served as the Mayor of Accra. Following the restoration of democracy in 1993, President Rawlings appointed him as the Sports Minister.
Subsequently, in 1996, he contested and secured the Ningo Prampram Constituency seat under the NDC banner. His dedication to public service was evident as he clinched victory in five consecutive elections, maintaining his parliamentary position from January 1997 to January 2017.
