Unfortunately, this is the end of the #GMB2023 journey for Savanna Region’s Titiaka and Western Region’s Serwaah as they were the final contestants of Ghana Most Beautiful 2023 contestants to be evicted on 24th September 2023.

Last night was the semi-finals, and the ladies came to justify their inclusion by reenacting their culture.

Kwartemaa performs a re-enactment of the APOO festival, showcasing its traditional rituals and practices while also explaining the underlying reasons for its celebration

Selorm re-enacts the migration of the Ewes, elaborating on the significance and importance of the Hogbetsotso festival.

Naa Ayeley performs a re-enactment highlighting the Gas’ role in expediting the progress of democracy in Ghana

Serwaah re-enacts the epic tale of the legendary warrior, Baidoo Bonsu, in the Ahanta land of Western Region, who faced beheading for his unwavering defiance against foreign oppressors, particularly the Dutch colonialists.

Aduanige re-enacts the historical background of burial customs in the Upper East region, explaining why people were interred in front of their homes instead of using cemeteries.

Serwaah re-enacts the epic tale of the legendary warrior, Baidoo Bonsu, in the Ahanta land of Western Region, who faced beheading for his unwavering defiance against foreign oppressors, particularly the Dutch.

Northern Region’s re-enacts the origin story of the Bugum festival, explore the customs, traditions, and historical background of the festival & sheds light on its rituals, the captivating fire displays, and the stories that have been passed down through generations.

Savanna Region’s Titiaka performs the Gbandawu festival along with the alobi dance. Gbandawu in Gonja generally stands for the new yam festival, which is one of the most paramount events in the culture and tradition of the Gonja Kingdom.

During the show, Kwartemaa won the most eloquent contestant while Selorm won the star performance and best costume.
