Ghanaian richest musician and BET hip hop award winner, Michael Owusu Addo has revealed that winning Grammy for his country Ghana will be a great honor for him and his supporters.
In an interview xorlali.com sighted on Kalyjay’s Twitter page, Sarkodie stated that the Grammy award and accolade is something that every musician in the world aspires to accomplish.
“That is the pinnacle of an artist’s career, and that is what they strive for.”
He further said that it’s has been his desire and dream to win GRAMMY since 2014. That was the year he released his “Sarkology” album.
“It’ll be the cherry on top of my career,” he continued.
Ending his interview, the Coachella hitmaker thanked his fans for their support since the beginning of his musical career and urged them to continue to support him and other Ghanaian musicians.
