Pauline Joyce Meyer Is an American charismatic Christian author, speaker, and president of Joyce Meyer Ministries.
She was born on June 4, 1843, In St. Louis, Missouri. Meyer is married to Dave Mayer and had four children with him named, Marie Holtzmann, Daniel B. Meyer, Sandra Ellen McCollom, and Daniel.
Joyce Meyer is one of the world’s leading practical Bible teachers, a New York Times bestselling author. She graduated from Fallon Technical High School in St. Louis and married a part-time car salesman shortly after her senior year of high school. Their marriage lasted for only five years. She later met Dave Meyer, engineering draftsman, and they got married on January 7, 1967. She had her 4 children with him.
Meyer earned a Ph.D. in theology from Life Christian University in Tampa, Florida, and an honorary doctorate in Divinity from Oral Roberts University from Tulsa, Oklahoma. She also has an honorary doctorate in Sacred Theology, from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona.

Joyce Meyer became born against at the age of nine and went deeper in her faith as a result of her unhappiness. She was a member of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in St. Louis, a congregation of Lutheran Church in Missouri Synod for only a short period.
Meyer began leading an early morning Bible class at a local cafeteria and became an active member of Life Christian Center, a charismatic church in Fenton. Within a few years, she was made an associate pastor of the church.
In 1985, Meyer resigned as an associate pastor and founded her ministry, which she initially called “Life in the World”. She started a television ministry with her husband in 1993.
In 2005, Time magazine’s “25 Most Influential Evangelicals in American” ranked her as 17th. Joyce is the author of several bestselling Christian books including; The Confident Woman Devotional, Healing the Soul of a Woman, Battlefield of the Mind, and Seize the Day.
