Kay Adams is an American sportscaster and television personality, born on April 6, 1986, in Chicago, Illinois, USA. Adams’s parents were immigrants from Poland and she attended high school at Whitney M. Young Magnet High School. She later went to the University of Missouri, where she majored in communication.
Adams did various part-time jobs to pay for her tuition, including jobs as a bartender at a sports bar and a radio personality on the local country, top 40 and sports radio stations.

Kay Adams served as an in-game host for the St. Louis Cardinals at her home games. Her first role with professional football was at Fantasy Football Show, including SiriusXM’s Livin’ The Fantasy and Sirius XM Fantasy Drive, and DirecTV’s NFL Sunday Ticket Fantasy Zone.
Kay also worked for FanDuel as a reporter for NBC Sports Network. She served as one of the hosts for the NFL Network’s Good Morning Football show since 2016. The show is the network’s all-year-round morning show, starting from Monday through to Friday.
Kay Adams also hosted the noble version of “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” as of 2020, where the general public played for the pot of money.
It was announced on September 17, 2018, that she would be joining the DAZN boxing broadcasting team, hosting beach fight night broadcast on the live and on-demand sports streaming platform, along with Sugar Ray Leonard, Brian Kenney, Chris Mannix, and LZ Granderson.
Kay is currently the host of Good Morning Football on NFL Network along with “People (the TV show)” a daily entertainment news magazine.
