American actor and comedian Kenan Thompson. The longest-serving cast member in the history of the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live, he has been a part of the show since 2003.
Additionally, he was the first regular cast member to be born after the 1975 show’s debut. He also appeared in the NBC comedy series Kenan (2021–2022).
Early in the 1990s, Thompson started his acting career.
He was a founding cast member of Nickelodeon’s sketch comedy series All That, where he frequently worked with co-star Kel Mitchell. They debuted as the stars of their own sitcom, Kenan & Kel, in 1996. (1996–2000).
Additionally, Thompson appeared in the Mighty Ducks series, Good Burger, and the 2004 movie Fat Albert, in which he played the lead role.
For his work on Saturday Night Live, he received four Primetime Emmy nominations and one victory. On VH1’s list of the 100 greatest teen stars, he is ranked No. 88.
