Lady Gaga born the real name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta was born on the 28th of March 1986. She was born to Cynthia Louise (mother), who was a philanthropist and business executive, and Joseph Germanotta, an internet enterpreneur. However, she was born in Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhanttan, New York City.
Lady Gaga attended a private all-girls Roman Catholic school called the Covent Sacred Heart. She started playing piano at the age of four when her mother insisted she become “a cultured young woman”. She also studied method acting at the “Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute” in New York for ten years.
Gaga was accepted to Collaborative Arts Project 21, a music school at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, in 2003. She studied music there, and improved her songwriting skills by writing essays on art, religion, social issues and politics.
In 2005, she dropped out of school in the second semester of her second year to concentrate on her music.
Lady Gaga’s Career
In November 2007, she struck a music publishing deal with “Sony/ATV”. Gaga was also hired to write songs for “Britney Spears”, ” New Kids on the Block”, “Fergie”, and “The Pussycat Doll”. She later moved to Los Angeles and formed her creative team “The Haus of Gaga” in 2008.
She recieved her first “Grammy’s ” for her album, “The Fame”. Also, she released her second album, “Born This Way” in February 2011. However, Gaga starred in the FX horror show, “American Horror Story Hotel” in the llead role as “The Countess”.
