Biography of Linda Ikeji

Linda Ifeoma Ikeji is a Nigerian writer, blogger, former model, and entrepreneur. She was born on 19th September 1980 in Nigeria, Nkwerre, Imo State. Ikeji was raised in a Catholic family and the second child of her parents.

She began writing at the tender age of 10. She completed secondary school at the age of 17 and enrolled in the university at the age of 18, where she acquired a degree in English Language. While she was in the university, she took part-time jobs as a waitress, writer, and model to support her family and herself through school.

Career

After completing the university in 2004, she began blogging as a hobby. In 2007, she became an active longer using the subdomain name lindaikeji.blogspot.com and later obtained her domain www.lindaikejisblog.com.

She has a music platform which she launched on 21st November 2016 but became dormant after 3 months. She also has a social network called Linda Ikeji social. This network runs a nonprofit project themed, “I’d rather be self-made, No thanks”. Her project assists young girls aged 16-25 who have great business ideas and are willing to venture into entrepreneurship.

Linda Ikeji also has an online television network that airs a variety of programs ranging from movies, talk shows, television series, and reality shows.

She also ventured into online radio broadcasting, which operated from the Linda Ikeji Media Office. Most of her radio programs were broadcast live on her online television network called Linda Ikeji Tv.
