Living Word Temple AG Wins Tema District AG Bible Quiz Recital

Living Word Temple Assemblies of God church won the Tema District Children Ministry bible quiz recital.

This was their first appearance, and they won with 19 points out of 20. They recited the 1 Peter 1 from 1 to 25 in 2 minutes and six seconds.

Living Word Temple beat 14 other churches in Tema to get the bragging rights as Tema District Children Ministry recital champions.

Harvest missions came second with 18.9, and the overall winner of the Tema District Children Ministry quiz Holy Spirit Fire Center AG came third with 18.3.

The recital was marked based on time, accuracy, repetition, fluency, and speed.

The day ended with awards presentations where the overall winner was awarded a trophy, cash prize, and medals. The other churches who participated were also given a certificate of participation.

The district rep Mrs Gloria Anderson applauded the children for their commitment and hard work. She also thanked the Sunday school teachers and gave them a certificate of honour.

She encouraged the children to keep the good work done and promise for the better and more powerful contest next year.
