As the police looked into the case, the suspect was caught and admitted to killing the wife.
He led the police to the scene where the body was found. After taking the necessary inventory, the body was taken to the morgue.
The accused was brought before the Bekwai Magistrate court, where he or she was remanded for two weeks so that police could do more research and come up with the right charges to start the committal trial.
