Michael Blackson, born in Ghana, is a comedian, actor, and producer who has been making people laugh all over the world for more than two decades. He is best known for his stand-up comedy, which often focuses on his observations about Black culture and the human condition.
Blackson began his comedy career in the early 1990s, performing at open mic nights and small clubs in Philadelphia. He soon caught the attention of established comedians like Eddie Murphy and Kevin Hart, who helped him get his big break in 2001 with a role in the film ‘Next Friday’.
