Nigerian singer Simisola Bolatito Kosoko popularly known as Simi has finally revealed what changed her life after marriage.
According to Simi in a recent interview with Sunday Scoop, the thing that changed her life was motherhood and not her marriage to her husband. She tie the knot to her husband Adekunle Gold on 9th January 2019 and welcomed a very beautiful daughter Adejare on 30th May 2020.
What Changed Simi After Marriage?
Motherhood is the thing that changed Simi after marriage. This statement came after she was asked as to what actually changed her after her marriage to her husband Adekunle Gold back in 2019.
The mother-of-one reacting to the question said that nothing really changed her but she feels motherhood has changed her more than marriage, it is just about the two of them, herself and her husband which is the same.
“Nothing really. I feel marriage has changed me more than marriage has because in marriage, it is still the two of us and it is pretty much the same. It is just a change of address.” she said.
“It was an interesting year and I did not put out any music until November. It was a great year for afrobeats and I am glad that I was a part of the explosion that has been happening in the industry.”
“I would be more proactive about the things I want outside of music and to actually push it consistently and be more patient. I want to be a more patient person in 2022.”
