Novlene Hilaire Williams-Mills is a former track and field athlete from Jamaica. At the 2007 World Championships, she took bronze in the 400 meters. She has also won three Olympic silver medals in the 4400m relay. She won gold in the relay with her Jamaican teammates in 2015.

Jameel Mills is Novlene Williams’ husband. The couple has been married for fourteen years. Williams-Mills announced her pregnancy with twins in March 2020. Williams-Mills revealed to the media in July 2013 that she was diagnosed with breast cancer prior to the 2012 Olympics.
At the time, only a few people were aware of the diagnosis. Despite the diagnosis, she ran the race and helped Jamaica win a bronze medal. Williams-Mills had a mastectomy after the Olympics and another operation in January 2013. She said she would run “for all the breast cancer survivors out there.”
