When Will Nursing Training Forms Be Out?
The online application portal opens on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, and closes on Thursday, June 19, 2025. Make sure to apply early to avoid last-minute issues!

- GCB Bank PLC
- Agricultural Development Bank (ADB)

How Much Is the Nursing Training Form 2025?
The Ministry of Health has reduced the cost from GHS 200 to GHS 150 to make it more affordable for everyone.
How to Apply for Nursing Training Online
- Buy a voucher from GCB or ADB.
- Go to the official portal: healthtraining.gov.gh
- Use the PIN and Serial Number from your voucher to register.
- Fill the online form carefully with accurate information.
- Upload the required documents.
- Submit and print your confirmation slip.
- Track your application status regularly on the portal.
Admission Requirements
WASSCE/SSSCE Holders:
- At least six (6) passes, including:
- Core English, Core Mathematics, and Integrated Science
- Three relevant electives
- WASSCE: Aggregate 36 or better
- SSSCE: Aggregate 24 or better
Other Applicants:
- Holders of Diploma or HND in relevant fields can apply for specialized programs.
Age Requirement: Minimum of 18 years
Nationality: Must be a Ghanaian
