Award-winning gospel sensation Diana Hamilton has bagged the Best International Collaboration of the Year award at the 26th Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) with her uplifting hit ‘Doing of the Lord’ featuring Nigerian gospel star Mercy Chinwo.
The powerful gospel duet, which blends heartfelt lyrics with rich vocal harmony, resonated strongly with audiences and critics alike. It was hailed for its inspiring message and the seamless synergy between two of Africa’s most celebrated gospel voices.
The award was presented yesterday inside the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre, where music lovers and industry players have gathered to celebrate excellence in Ghanaian music.
Diana Hamilton’s win came amidst stiff competition from notable collaborations including Joe Mettle ft Sunmisola Agbebi, Stonebwoy ft Odumodu Blvck, King Promise ft Shallipopi, Cambo ft Eden & Jim Jones, and Stonebwoy ft Spice.
This latest accolade further cements Diana Hamilton’s status as a force to reckon with on the African gospel music scene and highlights her expanding influence beyond Ghana.
