Al-Ahli FC is in an inch closer to complete the signing of Brentford`s center-forward, Ivan Toney on a permanent transfer deal. Meanwhile, Juan Bernat has joined Villarreal on a loan deal and many other transfer news.
Ivan Toney after making it back from his eight month ban from engaging in football due his breach in conduct as he participated in gambling had the opportunity to play in the last few games of the 2023/2024 English Premier League. However, his talent as a proper goal poacher has never been in doubt. Ivan even had a call-up to join the England national team to participate in the European Championship which he aided the team got to the finals as they unfortunately were the second best of the game at the end of the game against Spain.
Further, Ivan`s performances have positioned him well as top European clubs such as Arsenal FC, Chelsea FC, Manchester United and other clubs from the Saudi Arabian Pro-League. The English international has opted to ink a permanent transfer deal for Saudi Pro-League side, Al-Ahli as he has boycotted all these European clubs.
Al-Ahli have secured the services of Ivan Toney on a permanent transfer fee of €42 million. Plus, Toney has already accepted all personal terms with the Saudi side.
