South African rapper Rikhado Muziwendlovu Makhado popularly known as Riky Rick has died. Riky Rick died at the age of 34. The rapper was known for Sondela, Stay Shining, and Boss Zonke.
Aside from rapping, Riky was also a songwriter, singer, composer, actor, entrepreneur, and fashion designer.
He was born and raised in KwaMashu township near Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Riky Rick is the founder and owner of the record label Cotton Club Records and was also a member of Boyz N Bucks.

What was Riky Rick’s cause of death?
The cause of Riky Rick’s death has not been revealed yet however his family said he died in the early hours of this morning (February 23) in Johannesburg.
“With tremendous regret this afternoon, the family of South African musician Riky Rick acknowledged his untimely departure,” his family stated in a statement.
“Known around the world as Riky Rick, he was adored by his family, friends, and the whole entertainment business.
“He is well-known for his devotion to his family, friends, and community. Riky’s role in nurturing and developing youthful musical talent is widely documented, and he will be recognized for the rest of his life.
“He is survived by his wife, two children, mother, and five brothers and sisters.”
“As they go through this tremendously tough moment of grief, the Makhado family respectfully requests privacy.”

Bianca Naidoo is the wife of the late Riky Rick. Riky Rick and Bianca Naidoo met in 2010 in Sandton. They tie the knot in 2013 and were blessed with a son called Maik Daniel Makhado in 2014.
