Clara Amoateng Benson is a young Ghanaian actress and brand ambassador. She is popularly in the movie industry as “Maame Serwaa”. Clara was born on 19th August, 2000.

Maame Serwaa was born in Kumasi. Her mother is Mrs. Rose Benson and her father also Opanyin Kwabena Nyame. Clara Benson finished her secondary level education at Serwaa Nyarko Girls’ Senior High School.

After secondary school, she was awarded a four year degree scholarship to study in Knutsford University College. The University is located in East Legon in Accra. However, she was also the brand ambassador for the university.

Clara’s Acting Career

Maame Serwaa began acting at and early age of six years. She has been featured in a lot of movies. However, Serwaa also have over ten years experience in the Ghana movie industry.

However, in 2018, she signed a five-year management deal with Silvanus Records. Moreover, this deal landed her a brand new car and a house.

She has also starred in several movies which includes; School Girl, Tumi, Sekina, Bayie Economy, Me Ba, Maame Serwaa in Love, Maame Serwaa Amanehunu, Akokoa, and also Who Killed Maame Serwaa, among others.

Clara Benson has won several awards which includes, Best Indigenous Actress of the year in 2015, Best Actress of the Year in 2018, and also Student of the Year in 2018. However in 2019, she won The Legendary Award.
