Will BTS attend the Grammys 2022

The Grammy Awards are approaching quickly this year. The show will premiere on April 3rd, 2022. The most anticipated news is always the performances, which come after the most crucial part of the evening—the nominees, which were announced last November. The Grammys’ musical artists go all out, making it one of the more entertaining awards presentations to watch.

BTS attended their first award show in 2019 when their album Love Yourself: Tear was nominated for Best Recording Package. The boys themselves took to the stage to present the award for Best R&B Album, which went to H.E.R., and promised they’d be back.

The entire ceremony was a dream come true for ARMY Twitter. What about their red carpet appearance? Iconic. Jimin’s hair has a rich pink color. Stunning. Dolly Parton’s performance of Jolene had Jungkook in tears? This is so relatable.

BTS performed for the first time at the 2020 ceremony, joining the Old Town Road medley with Lil Nas X and singing the rapper’s collaboration with RM, suitably dubbed Seoul Town Road. They weren’t among the night’s candidates, but it was nevertheless a significant step forward official performance that would act as a springboard for future performances. Plus, I feel compelled to mention that their stage attire took no prisoners. I’m still having dreams about Namjoon and Taehyung from 20200126.

Will BTS attend the Grammys 2022

As upsetting as last year’s loss was, 2022 offers a fresh chance at the award, and BTS has received another nomination for Best Duo or Group with “Butter,” their second big song. And it’s officially official that they’ll be the night’s performances!! We can expect a big and high-energy new performance for “Butter,” as HYBE revealed via Twitter. BTS’ recent Permission to Dance concerts in Seoul have proven that their form is still outstanding, and their enthusiasm is incredible, so expect them to make the Grammys’ stage all shades of hotter, sweeter, and cooler.
