Award-winning Nigerian singer, Ayo Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid has postponed his Canadian album tour of his Made in Lagos album.
Wizkid took to his Twitter handle to announce to his fans in Canada that due to the COVID-19 restrictions by the Canadian Government.
According to Ayo’s schedule, the rest of the Made in Lagos album tour was meant to take place in Canadian cities such as Toronto, Ottawa, British Colombia, and others.
Below is what he tweeted on his Twitter page;
“Due to existing and public health measures being introduced by the Canadian Government, I will no longer be able to perform my Canadian shows in January. I’m looking forward to returning as soon as possible.”
Last year Wizkid was in the news after he sold out the popular O2 Arena located in UK in minutes.
