Natanya Brook, a singer who auditioned for the British version of The X-Factor and The Voice, died unexpectedly while playing online with pals last August. Brook died at the age of 23 years.
According to The Mirror, the young musician was found dead in her room after a late-night gaming session and had been drinking vodka and Coke until 2 am when she suddenly fell silent.
Tanya’s mother Jenny alerted authorities when she found her daughter still in the same position after several hours she went to check on her. Natanya’s mother said she took she was still sleeping so didn’t bother to wake her up.
X-Factor And Voice Singer Natanya Brook was pronounced dead at the scene when the Paramedics came to performed CPR on her.
The cause of Natanya Brook hasn’t been confirmed however its been reported that the singer had a history of seizures and childhood epilepsy.
Reacting to the death of her daughter, Jenny the mother of Natanya said the X-Factor And Voice Singer Brook “changed people’s lives”.
“We always told Tanya her epilepsy was a diagnosis and not an excuse to not do anything and that’s how she lived her life. She changed people’s lives whether it be encouraging people to sing or making them smile,” she said.
“She just had this ability to pull people towards her. I don’t think there is any more she could have done in her 23 years.”
