Media Personality, Serwaa Amihere’s legal suit against Mr Henry Fitz and two other persons thrown out of the law court.
Serwaa Amihere after her intimate video hit the internet and was creating several controversies. She took the case to court to seek legal address by suing those individuals she deems were the culprits in unleashing her intimate video to the public which has has brought some dirty stains onto her enviable and respectable personality.
However, the Dansoman Circuit court in Accra has dismissed the lawsuit made against Mr Henry Fitz and two other people who were accused of sharing the intimate video of Serwaa Amihere.
In addition, the judge slashed out the case in court on the bases of, the Circuit Court was not cloaked with the power to hear and pronounce judgement to the case. The case could only be tried in the High Court, for which, the Attorney General’s Office would be the one prosecuting the case.
Meanwhile, none of the accused individuals were in court during court proceedings today.
