Sad news reaching the news desk of xorlali.com has it that the member of parliament for Keta who is known as Kwame Gakpey has been attacked by armed robbers.
This is believed to be the third time Kwame Gakpey has be attacked by armed men and he has survived by the Grace and mercy of God.
From reports, the Keta MP went to rescue his brother’s business that was been under attack.
And when got to the place the armed men started shooting at him: “They fired about four shots into my car; it is only by grace that I survived it…if it wasn’t for divine intervention, I won’t be alive today.”
According to Kwame Dzudzorli Gakpey the bullet went into his bonnet and the engine and damaged a few things, and was able to drive to the nearest police station to lodge a complaint. He added that the robbers had left the scene when the police arrived.
