Jeremie Frimpong, a Dutch-born Ghanaian footballer has come out to state that it has never been his dream to play for the senior national team of Gh noana.

The Bayer Leverkusen right back was quick to add that growing up, he had always been passionate about playing for the Ditch national team and not Ghana.

In a recent disclosure made by the talented Dutch player born to Ghanaian parents, he revealed that he was approached by the coach of the Black Stars team but he had no option than to reject it because it is his desire to be part of the Holland national team.

Jeremie Frimpong represented the Holland national team in the team’s recent match against France two months ending the debate on whether he will consider playing for Ghana in the near future.

The 22-year-old Leverkusen defender forms part of the few foreign based players who have openly rejected a call-up from the Ghanaian football federation.
