Famous Nigerian social rights activist, Aisha Yesufu has advised women not to always sit back and wait for a man to make the initial approach to propose to them.

He opined that ladies shouldn’t wait to be approached by men who want to start a relationship with them. Rather, they can also be proactive by moving to them first to express interest.

Aisha Yesufu made this assertion in response to a online video where Jonathan Owens, husband to Olympian gymnast, Simone Biles said he had no idea who his wife was when they first met.

She reiterated that it took his current b more than seven months to come around after she made the first and his husband can attest to this fact. Adding to this, she stated that they got married eight months after this happened.

According to her, she was 23 years old at that time while her husband was 35 years of age and in light of the time spent in toasting him before they finally got married, she can say it was a 16 months project.
