Otto Addo, Ghana’s head coach, has named his 55-man provisional squad for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, which will be held in Qatar. After it appeared that the squad would not be revealed, it was finally revealed on Friday, November 4th.

Callum Hudson-Odoi is not in the squad despite widespread speculation that he was. Patric Pfeiffer, who switched nationalities from Germany but has yet to play for Ghana, is also not included in the squad.

The squad includes Tariq Lamptey, Inaki Williams, Mohammed Salisu, Salis Abdul Samed, Ransford Yeboah, and Stephan Ambrosius. The squad of fifty-five players will be reduced to twenty-six before the tournament begins on November 20.
