Award-winning Ghanaian rapper, M.anfiest has come out to publicly declare his stance on the passage of the anti-lgbtq bill which is currently under consideration in parliament.
Declaring his stance on the passage of the lgbtq bill, the famous Ghanaian rapper stated that he is not in support of the passage of the bill because it is a gross violation of human rights.
Moving forward, he said though he doesn’t support h0m0$exu@lity and le$b!anism, he feels individuals are entitled to do what they deem fit as far as $exu@l orientation is concerned.
In line with this disclosure, M.anifest further stated that criminalizing the act of s0d0my by law, will be an infringement on the rights of those involved in the act.
Per his assertion, religious beliefs cannot be relied upon to criminalize the act which is a beach of the fundamental human rights of those involved.
Furthermore, M.anifest stated that he doesn’t concur with the passage of the bill because it is not here to infringe on anybody’s rights.
He reiterated that, apart from the fact that the act contravenes with the religious beliefs of the Ghanaian community, he doesn’t see any reason why the anti-lgbtq bill should be passed by parliament.
