While living in Canada, she attended a school called Derry down Public School. There, Jackie showed an interest in acting.
Jackie never missed a school play, and she always wanted to be in the school play. In 1995, Jackie moved from Ghana to Accra where she attended Faith Montessori School.
In 1997, Jackie left Faith Montessori School and attended Achimota Preparatory School. She was the Girls’ Entertainment prefect at Achimota Preparatory School, where she became the Girls’ Entertainment prefect.
Jackie Appiah became a famous actress in the mid-1990s when she played Enyonam Blagogee in Things We Do For Love.
