The highly anticipated grand finale of the National Science and Maths Quiz is scheduled for today at 2:00 p.m. It will take place at the National Theater in Accra.
The competing schools in this intense battle are as follows:
- Opoku Ware School (OWASS), a two-time champion.
- Presbyterian Boys Senior High School, Legon (PRESEC), a seven-time champion.
- Achimota School (MOTOWN), also a two-time champion.
Notably, this marks a significant moment for Achimota School, as they make their first appearance in the finale in fourteen years. OWASS returns to the stage after a three-year absence, while PRESEC secures its fifth consecutive spot in the finale. PRESEC aims for an eighth championship trophy, OWASS hopes to clinch their third, and Achimota School aspires to secure their third victory as well. The stage is set for an exhilarating showdown as these schools vie for the prestigious NSMQ championship.
