Teacher Kwadwo was born on April 25th, 1988 in Kumasi, Ashanti Region of Ghana. Michael Owusu Afriyie popularly known as Teacher Kwadwo had his basic education at Jubilee Preparatory School in Oforikrom, Ashanti Region. He then proceeded to Asem Mixed and Adventist Preparatory School in Amakom.
After completing junior high he went to Tweneboah Koduah Senior High School for his senior high school education. He stayed home for 7 years after graduating from his senior high school and enroll at Akrokeri College of Education to train to become a teacher.
According to him, it was his wish to have his tertiary at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, but unfortunately, he did not meet the academic requirements.
Career
Teacher Kwadwo began his career as a teacher in 2017, after graduating from Akrokeri College of Education. However, he has added other careers such as creating content online that fetches him good money. He revealed it was way back in college that he started creating comics. According to him he was motivated by a german comic called Mad King who usually makes short comedy videos to entertain so he learned from him and started his and God being so good it’s moving smoothly for him and it put food on his table.
