The National Democratic Congress have renamed Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyeman as the running mate for their Flag-bearer, Former President John Dramani Mahama.
In an official statement dated, 7th March, 2024, the National Democratic Congress have reignited their trust in Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyeman by appointing her as the running mate to John Dramani Mahama as the party heads to the general elections on December 7th, 2024.
Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyeman was the running mate for John Mahama in the 2020 general elections and yet, the National Democratic Congress secured the second best position in the presidential elections which was not good enough for the party to clinch the ultimate of administering the country.
