The managing Editor of Insight Newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr, fumes out his displeasuring views about the alleged Commissioner Of Police involvement in the leaked audio outlining plans to allegedly extinct the Inspector General Of Police, George Akuffo Dampare before the 2024 general elections.
On the 12 of July,2023, Kwesi Pratt Jnr speaking on a television morning show iterated that, the COP who identified himself in the leaked tape as Mensah is a threat to Ghana’s Democracy and a potential to plotting Coup d’etat in Ghana.
“If we have such demented people in positions, what do you think will happen,look; if people like this are in the Army,they are materials for staging Coup d’etat. Do you know that? People who think that the will of the people does not matter, the constitution does not matter, If this man has control over any section of the Armed Forces, what do you think would have happened? If you win an election and you are not Npp, they will make a Coup d’etat against you”.
Kwesi Pratt Jnr went further to say that, if the said Commissioner Of Police have any possession of the Ghana Armed Forces, he would have plotted a Coup d’etat against the Government.
