Gambo Bashir is a Ghanaian trap rapper, singer, composer, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and investor. Born in Ghana but moved to Guyana at the age of five, he returned to Ghana at the age of eleven to finish his basic education at SAPS, which he completed in 2012.

He continued his studies at Legon Presbyterian Boys, where he discovered his passion for music and began his musical adventure. He finished in 2015 and went on to win the Ultimate Ghana Teen Choice Award at that year’s Ghana Teens Choice Awards.

Furthermore, with his single “Aye Aye,” starring Fortune Dane and Legacy, he was the only Ghanaian musician placed in the top 5 rising African Acts in Spark Magazine.

Gambo enrolled in the University of Ghana, Legon, in 2015, where he studied Public Administration for two years and finished with a diploma certificate before continuing on to seek his degree.

Aside from music, Gambo is a well-known entrepreneur, serving as the CEO of BlackMob, an organization founded to provide a platform for young people to showcase their talents, whether modeling, studio work, rapping, or anything entertainment-related, from Ghana to Tanzania, the United States of America, and around the world.

He is also the Co-CEO of My Cellphone Repairs, which now has four offices in Ghana: Accra, Kumasi, and Kyebi, and is working to open additional branches throughout the country.

Gambo did not just pick up a music desire or an entrepreneur spirit in school; he is also an event organizer who has staged huge events such as Black Trap, Night of Black NOB, OZARK Phantom(1&2.0), and his April Rocks birth bash.

He has also arranged events for major clubs like as Carbon, Onyx, Firefly, Luxe Club, and Paparazzi, as well as worked with major media outlets such as 4syte, Shutdown, and others.

Gambo Bashir is a down-to-earth guy who wants to assist talented people succeed in life as well as transform Ghana’s entertainment sector since he believes he can contribute significantly to Ghana’s music and entertainment industries.
