Arsenal football club’s manager, Mikel Arteta breaks silence on the injury situation of his first choice center forward, Gabriel Jesus after he secured an injury in his last game.

The Brazilian and Arsenal’s center forward, Gabriel Jesus sustained an injury in his UEFA champions league group stage game appearance against Spanish la-Liga side, Sevilla football club were he was substituted due to a pain he felt in his hamstring.

According to Mikel Arteta, he doesn’t want to misinform the press and the public as he fell short in the last update he gave which appeared to not to be right.

“I’m honestly not going to put any time frame for Gabriel Jesus injury because i did it once and i got it totally wrong” Arteta said.

Further, Mikel iterated the fact that Gabriel is inching close to full recovery however, he doesn’t want to rush his match fitness.

“We need to be cautious because we need to treat it in the right way. He’s already pushing everybody and wants to be back quickly as possible” Mikel Arteta added.
