Ghanaian female singer, Efya Nocturnal popularly known as Efya has advised music fans to desist from comparing Ghana to Nigerian as the two countries are incomparable in terms of music.
Speaking in a recent interview monitored by Xorlali.com, the Gingam hitmaker stressed on the advantage Nigeria’s huge population brings to its music industry as compared to the Ghanaian music market.
According to her, it would be better if both countries focus on collaborating and joining forces to work together instead of making direct comparisons.
Furthermore, Efya made it clear that the Nigerian music market has the numbers and as such the number of people who will stream Nigerian music in Nigeria will most likely surpass that of Ghana.
In line with this disclosure, she asserted that the two countries are not in equal in terms of music patronage hence it wouldn’t advise anybody to compare them musically.
