Pastor Lazarus Mouka was born in Mgbidi, the headquarters of Oru West Local Government Area but originally, he hails from Umuhu Okabia, Orsu L.G.A and he was born into a Catholic Family.
Pastor Lazarus Mouka had his early primary and secondary education in Mgbidi in Imo State before moving to Lagos in 1957, where he started working under a company that dealt on motor parts. He worked under the company for sometime and later sets up his own business if importing motor parts, with and office in Lagos State, Nigeria.
