On March 28, Charterhouse announced the nominees for the upcoming Ghana Music Awards 2024, scheduled for June 1. This year’s awards ceremony marks a special milestone as Charterhouse celebrates its 25th anniversary.

To commemorate this occasion, the event revealed a new title sponsor, with the awards now officially known as the Telecel Ghana Music Awards, succeeding Vodafone Ghana.

Notably, Stonebwoy emerges as a frontrunner, securing a spot in the coveted Artiste of the Year category. He faces stiff competition from Black Sherif, Sarkodie, Kuami Eugene, King Promise, and Nacee.

Additionally, Stonebwoy’s versatility shines through with nominations in 12 other categories, including Best Afropop Song of The Year and Best Reggae Dancehall Artiste, a title he clinched in the previous year.
