Racheal Anny has been crowned the di asa season 5 winner. Di asa is one of Atinka TV’s reality show that entertains Ghanaians at their home and keeps the plus-size women in shape and healthy through dancing.
This year’s Grand Finale was held on the 27th December and 28th December at the Fantasy Dome. Racheal Anny, popularly known by her stage name Anny, won over 19 other finalists to emerge the winner.
She beat her competitors with lovely traditional dance, hiplife, and highlife freestyle dance moves. The event saw huge Ghanaian artistes such as Kofi Kinaata, Stonebwoy, Lilwin, Guru, Sister Afia, and others.
The excitement and fun at this year’s event were outstanding as all contestants really performed exceptionally. Fans had a tough time picking the best dancer. However, Anny’s performance for the night was so amazing to make her take the first position. She went home with a brand new car, 5,000ghs cash prize, and many souvenirs from the sponsors.
Anny climaxed the intense competition with a secret dance where the DJ chose random songs for the finalists to perform.
As the ultimate winner, Anny received a brand new Suzuki Swift 4 by 2 car, a cash prize of GHc5,000 in addition to special packages from all the Sponsors.
The first runner-up was given a mini truck (Abossey Okai Macho), a cash prize of GHc4,000, and goodies, while the second runner-up received a tricycle (Aboboyaa) and a cash prize of GHc3,000 as well as souvenirs. The fourth to 20th positions were given GHc2,500 and a chess freezer each to start a side business.
