Information gathered by Xorlali.com indicates Ghanaian defensive midfielder, Thomas Partey is close to making a return to action for Arsenal in the coming months.
According to recent updates trooping in from the camp of Arsenal, the player has been on his own at the English club’s Colney training ground but is gradually picking up his fitness level as the days go by.
Though there are doubts on whether the Arsenal player will be fully fit for the club’s upcoming game against Liverpool on 23rd December, he has been ripped to be back in action after Christmas and is likely to play in the club’s final games for the year 2023.
In line with this fact, there is high possibility the Arsenal player will be fully fit to play for Ghana in the upcoming African Cup Of Nations (AfCON) tournament scheduled to be held in Ivory Coast early next year.
Thomas Partey has been missing in action over the past few months in line with an injury sustained during the latter parts of the year.
The Ghanaian player hasn’t played in Ghana’s last five games and as such, he’s considered a doubt for the upcoming AFCON tournament which kicks off in less than a month from now.
News about his recovery and a possibility of him being part of the Black Stars squad will serve as a major boost for the midfield section of the Ghanaian team moving into the upcoming continental tournament.
